Procurement & Quality Assurance

Marine sector due to very nature of its operations demands zero-tolerance quality requirement & our sub-vendors are required to adhere to requirement of Classification Societies (TPI – Third Party Inspection agencies).

Quality begins at design appraisals stage of equipment under marine environment, Production of equipment starting with selection of specified raw material like steel from TPI approved steel mill especially for load bearing elements of critical equipment, welding procedures and qualification of the welders under their presence, stage inspections and finished product clearance as per agreed Quality assurance plan (QAP).

Spares and After-sale-support, Annual Maintenance contracts

Most customers prefer continuation of their contracts with on-site warranty support as well as post-warranty contracts for comprehensive annual maintenance. Comprehensive maintenance has its own challenge of ensuring a minimum downtime of the system or face hefty liquidated damages. This calls for efficient crew to be maintained at site and ever-ready 24x7 to meet unforeseen breakdowns apart from regular routine preventive maintenance.
