FRAMO IN INDIA

Framo began servicing the Indian market in 1986, earning their first contract with ONGC for an Oil platform for installing their first containerised diesel-driven fire water pumping system.

Over the years, Varya has represented Framo in the Indian market for various projects valued at a total of over $35 Million.

Projects executed in India:

Submersible pumping system for strategic crude caverns:

  • 24 pumping systems at Visakhapatnam and Mangalore cavern projects which accounted for over 3 million metric tons. These Cavern projects are set up by Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Limited (SPRL) for underground strategic crude storages to ensure Nation’s energy security

Pumping system for FPSOs:

  • Sea-water lift system for MJ deep water project of Reliance Industries Ltd on India’s eastern coast.
  • Fire water pumping and sea water lifting system on FPSO charter-hired by ONGC from S&P Oil and Gas for deep water project on India’s eastern coast.
